Nice work ckessel, but I lack those particular skills.
It looks like I'll need to replace my Pitman arm. I noticed the castle nuts were missing cotter pins, and the one on the Pitman arm was quite loose. I couldn't tighten it as the Pitman arm stud simply spun with the nut.
EDIT: Updating this post because I didn't need to replace my Pitman arm, though I'm still looking to replace it with a fast ratio arm.
I was able to get the castle nut threaded on tight by placing a jack under the center link and jacking it up tight to the Pitman arm and used my impact gun to spin it up. It just spun with the Pitman stud when I tried tightening it with a socket wrench, but the impact gun did the trick. After tightening it up, there's no noticeable play left-to-right.
