I saw this post and apparently either someone faked the block in the Super Bird or this is a fake block. The car does exist and was sold at Mecum as Numbers matching.

Are you suggesting the one in the FB for sale ad is faked? I thought the font looked questionable.

the block is worth more unstamped........ why would anyone stamp it? why stamp it with a number for a car they don't own?

I'm sure engines were replaced for issues not related to block damage; so some of those blocks must be out there somewhere

If this image is of a factory stamped Superbird block I have to agree the one on FB marketplace is a re-stamp. I hope nobody gets taken.
