Suspension differences

A car with a slant-6 versus a factory big block/ high performance the torsion bars and leaf springs are different, but differences what is different with the other front end suspension parts?

Sway bar would be the only thing that comes to mind.

Obviously the k member is different...And many of the big block cars had front sway bars, so the lower control arms had tabs for the end links.

They always listed "heavy duty" shocks. Don't know if they were any different from standard shocks.

I knew about the k-member and sway bars, I wasn't sure if the other steering type components were different. Thanks for the replys.
