My 66 satellite didn't come with a sway bar from the factory, and I would like to add one to it to help with handling. My problem is that qa1 says that you need to have their tubular k member to use a sway bar with the lcas. Is there any way I can add one with a stock non-sway bar k member?

The Qa1 lower control arms are designed to work with 70 up k frames. To use your K frame you could find an early 66 sway bar setup, which connects to the strut rods. You could use a late 66 to 69 sway bar and weld some brackets on the control arms. Why are you using the Qa1 arms?

I was gifted them.

Do you know if these strut rod mounted sway bars are difficult to find? The car has stock strut rods.
