Thinking of getting a sway bar kit for my 63 Sport Fury. So far I'm only finding kits for 64's and up for the B-Body's. Is there really that much of a difference? Anyone else make this upgrade?
Thanks!

I have used the front sway bars from early 1966 Charger's on my '64's. These hang from the front frame horns in bushings, and the outer ends clamp to the front strut rods. This is the same bar as included with factory 426 Street Wedge in 1964-1965. I do not know if the front frame horns on a '63 are the same as '64.
I have the front bar out of my car right now and can take pictures of pieces if you are interested in seeing what it looks like. Will try to take picture of front frame horns to show bracket mounting holes of my '64.I
Note that late '66 Charger bars are like '67-'70 bars and are different.

I have a '63 Fury. Sway bars were available for them on police packages (maybe 426 motors not sure). I found a sway bar off a police car - this was years ago. Bolted right on, no drilling.

Below is a link to the sway bar that we offer. Also as a member of forum you would be eligible for the member discount. You can also look at the installation instructions by scrolling down on the page of the provided link to the tab labelled documents. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Excellent, thank you. Might get myself a Christmas present--hehe

Things so much simpler back in the day. For my 1964 Plymouth Fury Convertible I got a 1968 Roadrunner front sway-bar, links, K frame brackets, and lower control arm brackets for cheap out of a Western PA boneyard.
Welded the LCA bracket on, it locates with the shock thru bolt.
Drilled one extra hole in the K Frame for that bracket.
Bolted everything up.
I didn't like the idea of stressing the front bushings with the vertical forces the early sway-bar put on the brake struts.
There's lots that can interchange between 1964 to 1971 model years.
