I've got a 74 Charger SE with a Stock 318, 360-2bbl Intake & Holley 2bbl Carb.
Question is: If both lifters are closed and mark is at 0", should the Rotor be pointin at #1 or down the middle? If down the middle, do I need to move the slot back?
