I used the wiring that came with the engine and transmission from a half ton truck 6 speed 645RFE, I am in the process now of running wires into dash for pedal and shifter heres couple pics of Fuse box and computer mounted.

You shoud ask rolling thunder about his wire harness , he post a diagram on dodge charger .com about the re routing of his the harness in a 6.1 hemi
