The cars in the Keytruda commercial?

I started out trying to identify the cars in the commercial for the drug called Keytruda then thought you guys would be better at it than me. Okay the main car is an Oldsmobile I'm guessing a 442. Then one scene bugged me. When the dad and the mom pose for pictures for the kids it looks like a different car by the hood shape. Probably a Chevelle. Maybe Mom didn't want to sit on the 442's console?

Since they're at a car show, maybe they posed with a different car before walking back to their Olds at the end.

It just needs a few upgrades.

What I want to know is who makes up these drug names?
And do they have the commercial in mind when doing it?
