Agreed. They are just now mowing down 1500 acres of prime farmland near here to build a VW EV battery plant. About 10 long time farming families displaced. A good friend of ours is affected by this. About 10 years ago, she and her husband built their "forever" dream house on their 100 acre parcel. 3000 sq. ft. 1 1/2 million $ ranch house. Unfortunately, Gary got sick and died before he could move in. The developpers told our friend she could take anything she wanted out of her house, because it will be bulldozed down. 24/7 logging out woods. Judging by the black smoke coming out of the equipment, they are not EV's! $$$ talks and BS walks.
