The first one I owned was a 94 R/T10 Black with saddle tan interior. A couple of months later I joined a Viper Club where we rented time on tracks across the southeast and could really learn to drive these animals. I never found a lot of the things this guy is saying to bother me much. The offset petals were not that noticeable, the power to weight ratio was awesome. I never had the first one on a dyno but the seat of the pants feel was much more than 400 HP. My 96 GTS which I still own has been on the dyno several times. Its 450 HP rated engine turned 410 rear wheel HP on one, 397 on another, and 405 on the last one. I grew up drifting my (old now) cars on dirt roads, so the slipping, sliding, and fish tailing was fun not scary to me. I will say the cars are awesome but one needs to know how to drive them. My advice is never drive it hard on cold tires.
