A sad day for the company that built the B-17, B-29, and 747.

I find it odd that the “astronauts” currently “stranded” on the space station were only supposed to be up there until this past summer sometime. But here we are almost 6 months past the time they were supposed to be back. And yet somehow there was a picture of them the other day wearing Christmas outfits? That makes zero sense to me.

The picture was explained, the Christmas gear was shipped up there six months ago.
Christmas photo of astronauts stranded on the international space station has everyone wondering same thing

Thanks.
I still think the whole thing is weird. They can ship **** to them but they are stranded? I don’t get it lol.
Everything is on a schedule planned far in advance. The two crewed launches that have gone up there since the astronauts were stranded already had their planned return seats filled with other astronauts. In addition, there have been four un-crewed supply runs up to the station since that Boeing launch last June.
