Not quite. The Bugatti top speed is limited to 258 mph. but has been clocked at 267 with the limiter disengaged. The early version will reach 198 in 5th gear, with two more to go, then in 2010 they bumped the power up some more.
 
Old Chinese man was having difficulty seeing.. Went to an optometrist... After running his tests the optometrist told the older man "you have cataracts"... To which the Chinese man responded No, No Cataract!!! I have Rincon Towncar!!
