It's good to have hope.
Had my buddy do an alignment at my house today.
Took the car for its first test drive around the block, in the rain, & the alignment is spot on. Got a couple noises that I have to figure out what they are. Once the roads dry up tomorrow, I'll give it more of a test drive.

A bolt/nut tightening check?

It's not the rain I'm concerned with, it's those slick road conditions and other drivers I get nervous about.
I live in what's considered a rural area and I just made a 1-mile loop to check the alignment and didn't push it, but with the little gas I did give it, I can tell that it's going to be pretty quick.
BTW, that Snap On alignment level goes back to the 1950s & is stored in its original wooden box.
To check whether nuts/bolts loosen up or weren't tight after the first dry run.
I used an alignment system like that when I was young.

All I can say is Brilliant. I love the car RC. I wish I had one just like it.
I agree, but the tent activities make it worth while.
