Some of US actually have a good life outside of racing,
or need our fragile egos stroked on some few on a forum :poke:
some of US have already been there done that, for a long time,
some of US don't need to prove anything to anyone...
We've already done it, for decades, don't need the grief/headaches...
Some of US didn't do a "checkbook build", we built our own,
not bought someone else's car or had everyone else do it for US...
Or that had to start an org. so he had a place to race his car
that'd never ever be a real or competitive Super Stock car...

I do miss racing some, I don't miss all the travel & hassles,
I don't miss the narcissistic egotistical losers, with multiple aliases,
that try to build their ego/persona's identity because of a car
or BBQ-ing flank steaks at some track, in some obscure racing assn.

Who's the one trolling the internet/keyboard jockey ?

My car isn't on jack stands either, it runs & drives nicely,
may not be the fastest, it may not be the best or nicest,
it's not done either, still some stuff to be done....
I'm in no hurry, but I'm not trying to be an egomaniac
or fastest guy either....
I'm content with my self & my life, I'm not bitter,
just trying to get a select few peoples, approval on the internet...

to think what I say, when just asking for your time-slips incremental's
or videos, when racing is all about times & #'s has got you spun up
all butt-hurt, whether I race right this moment or not, I'm honored...

Yep, wish I had a deep checkbook so I could be like you SSR. No, not really. I'm happy and secure being myself. Anything I had to prove was done on a real battlefield, not driving fast a 1/4 mile at a time. Big deal.
 
i have no dogs in this fight,i stopped racing 25 years ago.and yes i dirt tracked,roundy roundered,and drag raced too.
did i ever win anything national?..no.
but hey i had Fun,and i Helped a lot of people too.

sure does make me wonder tho,when i see these threads....
whens the last time you helped anyone besides yourself SSr?
 
Also, if you would look back on all of the posts, in every thread to which you place them, you would see that far, far more people are liking and agreeing and thanking the decent guys on here than are doing any of the three with your posts. Why hang around SSR when it's clear your not liked or respected here?

Let's see....a useless thread in the Racers Hangout. I don't come into this forum all that much because....I don't race anymore. Life got in the way several years ago and family commitment overrides anything that's considered non professional racing (my rules)....but, being a dumb *** moderator that I am with a lot of jack stands (use to work on everybody's junk but mine), I try and check into the threads to see if they need to be.....well, moderated.....and especially so when they are started by known 'felons' :D But since no one has reported this thread I guess it just has to stay.
