I guess there's one upside to rotted out junk selling for big dollars. These cars are being restored rather than crushed especially the more desirable B-Bodies.
 
Maybe 1 of 10 of the rotted out junk ones being sold right now are being restored, if that. The others likely are being bought by someone with big dreams and intentions only to be abandoned or its someone trying to flip them for a few bucks more.
 
Some probably get bought for the vin, fender tag & buildsheets and then crushed.
 
Some ...i would venture a lot .....get bought for parts


Then there are the dreamers that want a father and son project.
 
last time I checked, they weren't building 64 Sport Furys any more. or any other b body mopars.....that's the price of admission I guess
 
There are still more out there worth restoring that are reasonable. The problem is unless you are out there digging them up the only one's you see are on the internet for big money.
