Thermoquad fast idle and curb idle set up, kick down problem.

Need advice how to set up, hopefully with illustrations, properly these adjustments. Problem is choke works fine @ cold start (1500-1700 rpm) but as engine warms and I kick down on throttle it doesn’t disengage. I have to manually increase the throttle and release the fast idle screw. What’s up ?
Also confused on how to properly set the curb idle with the solinoid.
