On my '67 Coronet, I have fuel injection w in-tank fuel pump. Well on a slight grade it would starve w 9 gallons still in the tank. Aeromotive said I need their "bladder baffles" and "jet siphon" kits. So I get them, pull the gas tank, get all associated hardware and install. But.... since tank is out, I decide to take the 3/8" molded fuel line I have in a box and install it and get rid of a bunch of "rigged" junctions. I have the hose shop at the end of my street make me a few nylon over steel braiding over ptfe lines w an fittings. So I get all that connected. But.... I really want to test this dual e-fan/shroud setup I was given to test in my extreme heats, 115 regularly n often 125. So I start wiring relays and breakers, battery is out, battery tray. Hmmmm, the fuel injection trigger for the fans is under the intake manifold and the wires were bundled together. Ok, take off the intake. I want to mill the heat crossover off the bottom anyway. As it's coming off. Gaskets are very oily. Oh that's right, heads n deck were milled so intake needs to be milled. Dropping intake off tomorrow. I'm actually optimistic I'll have it done by next weekend though. For the pic folks, here's some of the tank and how I have the regulator, filter and return plumbed.

Rant over.

That's why I'm debating tapping my BRAND NEW (don't ask how much $$ I paid for it last year) OEM/NOS fuel tank for my '72 Satellite wagon, for a new pickup port at the bottom rear corner...

I know that 'Murphy's Law' dude well too...

I've been a 'snowballer' more than time or two!!

My 66 Charger didn't kick down into 2nd anymore.
Now it is on stands and has NO drivetrain.
