Agree with all statements and advice given. The rad cap is it new. Man had a motor that kept getting hot and went to napa. The old guy I deal with said you have the wrong cap. He got me the proper pressure setting's cap and all was good. Take engine temp in front of the motor and see where you are. My 383 is at about 11 degrees BTC at 1000 rpm. Yes check to see if you are running too lean. Check spark plugs for color. Thing's do change running ethanol fuel. Timing- Jetting carb-plug's. Many other thing's.

The exhaust temps sound a little high - have you considered you may be running a little too lean on the primary side?

Not sure afr seems to look good on the fuel injection app. My wideband is on the driver's side down pipe.

You might try pressurizing your cooling system
(cold) and checking for external/internal leaks.
Could be a blown head gasket, bad radiator cap,
bad water pump, blocked water jacket, plugged
oil galleries.
Hang in there! You'll eventually get 'er figured
out.

Its leaking no coolant, burning no coolant and there's no oil in the coolant. It has no overflow and it also isn't blowing coolant out of the overflow tube so I doubt there's combustion gas getting into the coolant. All the galley's were brushed out after the block was hot tanked. Definitely frustrating.

How old is the gas?

New 93 octane gas. I drained tank almost empty and have run almost a tank through it now of 93.

Did you burp the system, sounds like airpockets in the block. Also, are you running an MSD? If so, what did you use for a timing light?

I did burp it as I filled it with the funnel that mounts on top of radiator and let it run until no more bubbles came out. I'm running mopar performance orange box with regular mopar performance distributor. I'm using an old snap on timing light.
