I know I shouldn't but about once a week I throw out some leftovers or dog food the Newfies didn't like. If it's snowy I'll throw out some dry dog food for the crows, magpies, and jays. Late at night the raccoons or foxes stop by occasionally and grab the leftovers. It might take a couple of nights but they get to them eventually. I love checking the wildlife cam. If I have some apples, I'll slice them, the deer like to chew those up about every three or four days. Don't tell anyone, it's illegal.

This guy is nuts. He's one pissed off raccoon away from serious injury.... yet he must do it often. Those are the fattest raccoons I have ever seen.

Smart little SOB's they are.

Can be vicious and they know how to use their built in weapons effectively.

I've seen more than one as a pet, though.

Some spaghetti that was stuck in the bottom of a strainer and an old bagel last night. It was going to go down the disposal.

A red fox.

This is the other wide-angle cam. Those aren't black bears. That's the other day when I accidentally left the door open and the Newfoundlands walked out for an unauthorized stroll.
