Those aren't going to buff out

The only thing I can say is, more money than brains! For the Prius, it's check, checkmate!

DWO? [Driving while .....tal]
I drive my wife crazy, making similar, totally inappropriate comments. Our town has a large population of Asian students, and I'm always pointing out their driving deficiencies. The inside joke is half
my ancestry is full blooded Korean, but I spent the last 16 years of my career driving a Peterbilt 379. Used to love to see people's expressions when I got out of the cab.

The first time I heard DWO was in the early 80's. The outside sales rep from Speed Warehouse/Vic Hubbards in Fremont Ca. kept saying that. I asked him what it meant. He said it was due to sudden stopping on Bay Area freeways and making turns or backing up to get the offramp they missed etc. I busted up laughing.

We get a major dose of it here with the grocery store parking lots. Terrifying. My insurance agent is a Chinese immigrant who was an actuary for State Farm until her husband landed a professorship at Penn State. She's cornered the Asian market in town, and is making a killing. She's always liked my GTXs better than the late model stuff driven by the students.

I heard the Prius was mopping up all those high end supercars, so they took him out and themselves in the process!

I saw the same thing happen while I was working in Hong Kong around 2012. A rich kid in his Ferrari tried to beat a city bus through a round about and didn't quite make it. The Ferraris ended up on it's side in the middle of the round about. There were lots of rich kids with their Ferraris, Lambos, Porsche's in Hong Kong where there isn't a road long enough to get out of third gear.
