Thrashing

I been driving the road runner around and started to hear some thrashing in the top end and when I'm just cruising down the highway it has a slight miss in it every once in a while, is my cam fixin to go out? Or anybody have any ideas?

Check rocker arms... mostly overlook, can cause misfire..Adjust Rocker Arms ...
If it's auto..See if the torque converter bolts are loose, or if the flexplate is cracked...sound similar to rod knock.

Well the rocker arms are stock ones but I will check converter bolts that did cross my mind
