All my dash works, but I am thinking about adding a SunPro 3 gauge cluster under the dash for
more security and accuracy. (water. temp, oil pressure and voltmeter. Can mechanical gauges be hooked up without shutting down my oil pressure light and factory team gauge?

on the 440 I believe there are two places on the rear of the block for an oil sending unit...the original is electrical but I believe a pressure one can go on the passenger rear side.....I also remember there being a place for a mechanical temp unit on the water pump housing...separate from the factory sender

I think that is right on the oil pressure sending unit - I have a mechanical unit plugged into the opposing hole so that my warning light still functions. I didn't install another temp gage - I installed an oil temp gage instead.

Yes & yes. On my car, I've got an "extender" "Y" for the mechanical oil pump gage, so they both connect in the stock location at the back of the block. For my mechanical water temp gage, I took out a big pipe plug on top of the water pump housing & one of the adapters that came with my 3-gage setup fit nicely in that hole.
