Try a local clockmaker..... it is close enough to their field of expertise.
 
I hear ya, those tiny gears and such. I had mine done in the 80’s while having quartz unit upgrade
 
Try Red Line Gauge Works out in California. They rebuilt my factory dash clock and cluster. Great work. I'm sure they could repair yours.
 
I was able to pop it open. But decided to try & get a pro to fix it. No pics to send.

Shannon at Redline Gauge Works is a good guy. He has done several cluster restorations for me.
 
Did you get your clock fixed? If not pm me as I specialize in restoration of 68-70 rallye b body gauge clusters.
