Ok, I'd have sworn I posted pics of my '71 Coronet in this thread, but looking back to August '23 when I got it, maybe not. I also bought a bunch of parts from a guy, and basically got a '71 Satellite for free (parts were worth double what I paid, without the car).

Coronet I bought from a local wrecking yard, original 318 in it still, basically completely stock. Since then I've done a bunch of work on it, got it running and driving, put a few hundred miles on it, and now it's getting a suspension/brake upgrade/rebuild.
When I first got it, until just before I tore the suspension off.

The Satellite is just a Sebring, originally a 318/904 car also, but someone sometime stuffed a '65 413/727 into it. Came with the oem rear, a complete 71-72 B body 8 3/4, front/rear disc brake kits, OEM buckets (not original to the car) which had been recovered along with the rear seat, a complete (repro) shaker scoop setup, rechromed oem bumpers still in the wrapping (redone in 2003), 5 police wheels with dog dish caps, a couple new carpet kits, a floor shift console, the floor shifter, and a ton of other stuff. I promised to not touch it until the Coronet was back together but this weekend I cleaned up the windows/interior a bit. It had been sitting under a tarp in a field, likely since about 2003. Haven't attempted to get the engine running as yet.
It's rough, but it has potential...

Nice Coronet!! Love the road pic of it.
What you call rough is what some call mint in for sale ads lol.

I spotted this one in San Francisco recently. Nice looking 71 SE. Does she belong to someone here?

Small success today, got the engine and transmission mated! Haven’t touched the car in a few months, getting ready to order some body parts also.

Thank you. Yes, I have 2 hoods. I had the fiberglass hood made for drag racing purposes. I agree the bulge hood is much better looking.
But fiberglass hood is a big weight savings and cold air functional..... Sacrifices must be made
