Time to change MOPAR Sites...

I haven't as of late spent an awful lot of time here on FBBO. Been too reliant on the other site known as MOPARTS. Not knocking the site per say. Just had enough of the Holier than Though attitude that seems to permeate from over there. What's up you ask? I was labeled as a "BIGOT" by the Board for my Nick Name. Just blew me away!!!! Got the typical from the head Mod when I attempted to investigate what was up and that proved to be the straw to break my back. Seems my writing had irritated someone. I am not going to drag anything over here because that is not my style. I can at times be out spoken and yes I do carry an opinion. I think we all do. Just that I have never been treated in such a fashion by a group such as is over there...Met and maintain contact with some NorCal/Bay Area members and for all intents and purposes been accepted. FBBO seems to be a little more inviting than "the competition." Albeit, I still have rules to follow when posting here. I like that style. So first off if for any reason, I say something that causes a "stir" then please let me know directly. I enjoy good debate and above all MOPARS. I am now C Body-less since I sold it 3 weeks ago. I have my 66 Ply Sat project that I am heading back to CA to finish and will surely be asking for tech help and assistance as it nears completion. I will also try and keep my comments to the topic at hand because I still need help and friendly support from those in this great Hobby. Of which I am sure there are many here. Besides...the selection of emoticons is awesome...cr8crshr/Bill:happy8:

Oh...Not that I have to but I wanted to explain my "Handle". I am a Retired AF Loadmaster. My best friend, Big "D" whom I used to fly with got to calling me a "crate crusher" and a "strap stretcher" as that is how Loadmaster's tie stuff down on planes. The "cr8crshr" moniker stuck amd I have been using it ever since. Otherwise most people know me as "Tuck" even though my name is Bill.....:headbang:

I won't be posting over there any more. I will check out things. Any and all knowledge and Tech support is welcome in my book. The Gold membership might be a player after I make my move back to NorCal at the end of the month. Right now though I gotta watch the funds. I have never been Censored like that in my life before. Just do not know how to handle it other than to jump ship. I have some friends over there that I want to stay in touch with too. Seems as though the Chief Mod is hell bent on confirming his agenda regardless of whom and what it infringes upon. Last time I checked, History gave us the exact same thing that set off WWII. There are MANY Moparts refugees here. People that got fed up with the way things are there. I still read it every day but there are things of less interest to me there everyday so it doesn't take long to read through it.

Things a a little more laid back. Not a many absolute purists here. Seems to be more people into ENJOYING their cars by driving them and not so much of the paint dob, cosmoline crowd.

No one that dominates the site or pushes their OPINION as the law or the only acceptable way or thing to do.

It doesn't appear that the site owner is unjustly supporting advertisers when they have a problem with a member/customer.
