Time to change MOPAR Sites...

was just notified by my buddy that they are talking about me AGAIN over there on moparts in the unlawful section.
they just cant stop, part of the problem is the one asshole is a member on here.

Why do you let it bother you? You know what they say when they are talking about you they either fear you or envy you.

sweet, i like you already. dont forget to #1 ask joeychgo for your FBBO DECALS and
#2 get in to the blue room and look around. you'll ,love it. its for us priveleged noncheap members.lol.

Nice to know all of us non paying members are cheap. I wonder why they talk about you?:icon_fU:

I have never spent any time at the moparts site so I have no idea how it is. No need to really since there are plenty of good folks here. Anyway, welcome aboard.

I dont give 2 shits. its just hilarious that more than a year has gone by they just cant stop. i do agreethat theres fear and envy. they hide right behind the keyboard but dont have the balls to say it to my face.

Yo Bill, fancy meeting you here!
I have never been "admonished" on Moparts but I chose to not "engage" .
It does get old however, that "holier than thou" attitude. I do get weary of the same posters though. Who cares how many posts you have? making posts for the sake of saying "I have more than you" has to make you wonder what kind of life some folks have.
I have learned a lot from Moparts and I have learned a lot here. I do appreciate this site's acceptance of the "Americanized French" language as there are times when no other words really work to get the message across!
I like that this site it open minded and has at least taken the time to figure a way to have something for everyone.
Hope to run in to you once you get "home"

I was trying figure out the bigot thing too....
Welcome aboard.
I was on there too but did not feel the love...
There are a bunch of good peeps here.
You should be able to speak your mind. Sure, every now and then someone might get offended by something but we all get over it. One big happy family....
Welcome again.

Thanks all for the kind and warm welcome. I am totally impressed with this site...:hello2:. The Gold membership...well what can I say. Just freaking awesome and a great perk. Old guys need a "rise" every now and then....:icon_pai: As to the Bigot nick name? It seems that over there they have the attitude that they can label whomever with whatever they so desire. That includes defaming you and labeling you if you don't "tow the party line". The Chief Moderator...OK Tom is his name..has this attitude that Moparts is totally and completely under his control and that the members must obey his rules or get ostracized by any means at his disposal. Hence the name calling and labeling me as a Bigot. I mean come on...I merely replied to a post and wrote what I thought would be a concise and well thought out response of which an exception was taken. Subsequently I was labeled a Bigot to include all the personality traits associated with the term BIGOT. I love the dictionary so I looked it up to see why this label was directed at me. The words associated with Bigot just pissed me off as I have never carried these types of behavior in my life. Yes a little narrow minded and somewhat stuck in my ways, but never to this degree. I wrote him a private msg...I believe in keeping things private if there is a disagreement and not take it public to the Board...and he basically chastised me and said to :thebirdman:. I did manage to get the nickname dropped but his attitude....well I don't need to get further worked up about it. What is done is done. Now that the welcome mat is out for TUCK, I will leave behind the unfortunate Moparts site and have what I have already seen here as a great experience. My move back to NORCAL will get me back into the car scene and I will be spending a lot of time on the 1966 forum posting and updating my 66 Ply Sat project. I still have friends and family over there and will keep in touch. In fact...A small plug for the upcoming Wine Country MOPAR happening on AUG 21st. It coincides with the annual Bacon Fest event of which I am planning to make as my first event for the 2011 car season. The Sat won't be ready but I do have a couple of other MOPARS and it will be great to get back in the saddle.....:happy5:

Thanks Darius. Appreciate it. Like the pic too. I never made to the "ICE" in my 141 days. Got to Christchurch though but sat as backup. Great place I might add. You gonna hit Bacon Fest? You know what...It would be a great addition to this site if STU...aka Mid peninsula Mopar/Midpenmopar...migrated over here. With his whit and humor plus his passion and openness would really be great. Plus he is a stand up guy and a great MOPAR supporter....

Pic...

Just wanted to share what I got working in the wings. Pics are elsewhere on this site...My 1966 Ply Sat Project....:blob1::blob1::blob1::blob1::blob1:

Tom is not just a moderator, he owns the site and he does ride herd on it and if he doesn't agree with you you can be banned without reason. Then once this is done he won't bother to answer as to why. Ask me how I know.

Welcome aboard Tuck, I know you will enjoy it here at B-BODIES

OK....

I have a short memory when it comes to this stuff so I will take your word for it. The sad thing is that eventually others will feel his wrath and jump ship too. Us against them I guess. But in the past 36 hours of being on this site, I am really impressed with the openness and what FBBO has to offer. And, I haven't even toured the whole site as of yet. I know this though...I won't loose any sleep over migrating to FBBO. In fact I dare say I will rest easy....:icon_sunny:

Tuck, that is one sweet Satty. Always had a soft spot for them. One of my earlier memories was seeing Petty's stockcar and thinking how ultimately tuff it was. Guess you could say that I blame the King for getting me into Mopars.

Got banned from over there a couple of times and that happened 10 years ago and just don't bother with it anymore....

Nice color on the Satty! Same as my 66 Bel.

Welcome Tuck. That is a sweet little Satellite you've got there. Glad to hear you are enjoying the experience.

welcome Tuck, nice Satellite
