tires and wheel fitment

I'm sure this has been asked a million times but I'm geting ready to buy new wheels and tires for my 70 super bee and wanna get the widest tire I can! I have stock suspension stock location springs and I wanna put on some rims that will look both new and old school ! I'm thinking I'm gonna Get 18x? In the rear and 17 in the front just not sure what size of a tire I can fit in the wheel well or what offset to use??? I still want to have some sidewall on the tires not just. A low profile tire that looks "to new" per say!!! Any suggestions or advise would be much appreciated

I have 17 x 9 all the way around. 275 45 front and 285 45 rear. They fit perfect, no rub.
