Just had my transmission rebuilt and had my 19 spline output shaft switched to a 24. Now I'm going to need a new torque converter. Car is a stock build. Not looking for a race converter. 68 SuperBee 383 3.55 gears. What do you guys think would be best for a stock rebuild weekend driver.

Didn't those cars come new with a 2200-2400 stall?

If you're going to call someone for advice, definitely call John Cope at Cope Racing Transmissions as one. Tell him Lee told you to call.

Agree. Go to their website and fill out the TC form they have on line and call John with the information in hand. He was real helpful with me and set me up with a 10"PTC that stalls great on my 318 Poly. I am still using my 19 spline pushbutton. I was surprised to find one for my car. Great price too!

A STOCK converter.

I've got a TCI 2400 in my Super Bee which works beautifully. 383, mild cam, Mopar intake and 3:55 gears.
