Does anybody know who made the perfomance converters that MP used to sell? Also, is the balancing the same for a cast crank 440 and a cast crank 400? Can I just use the B&M balanced flex plate and bolt things together using a neutral ballance converter? I have chance to buy a (P4876878AB)2400 stall converter and I had a 2250-2350 one in my 69 dart that I really liked. Will this be a decent converter to run in a street 64 Belvedere with a mild 400 engine with a comp 488/491 cam and 3.55 gears?

The cast 400 and cast 440 are the same imbalance at 12.9 in. oz.

I believe Turboaction was supplying MP at one time.
in trans business for 30 I'd stay away from TCI and B&M
turboaction or ATI are the only 2 converter companies I use.
