Tough bridge construction.

now thats funny. you being from b.c. might remember when canada changed to the metric system years ago that was happening a lot. if the height is under 4.5 M pay attention. i found the worst city years ago for low bridges was chicago. i've seen lots of guys coming home with their reefer in the box. funny how they usually had their c-b's turned off. lol

I've seen this before. The people who hit the bridge are the biggest morons bar none. The city has put up height sensors a couple of blocks away, and flashing signage lights up whenever a vehicle exceeds the sensors before they reach the bridge. They have plenty of warning. There's a website, www.11foot8.com, dedicated to this bridge. The FAQ explains it all.
