Traitor ???

I’m also from the secret society of A body owners.

I guess I would be the ultimate traitor (or proponent of automotive DEI) as the owner of 2 Dodge B bodies, a Plymouth C body, a Jeep, 2 Fords, 2 Mercurys, a Chevy, an Infiniti, a Subaru, and a Polaris. More to come...

I am fond of the 65s. A neighbor first had our 65. I first rode in it in 1986, later bought it for $200, repainted it and drove it to college in 1991. Got parked in '97.. and its been a big project getting it on the road again. There is a noticable resemblance to the B bodies of the same era.

I was just thinking the other day about why there are separate forums. It wouldn’t be hard to merge all the forums together and have one united community. I enjoy all the mopars but unfortunately I don’t really visit any of the other forums that much. All you really need to do is have a separate section for the body specific years. Everything else could remain the same. For example, no need to have specific sections for exhaust. Just post your question and state your car like we do now. The level of experience would be all centralized in one forum.

I hope he’s not just doing this for the money. I understand making a little to keep the site going but I wouldn’t imagine anyone trying to get rich. Just charge a little more for advertising as suppliers only need to advertise in one place and reach a larger audience.

I've been known to stray, wildly

What is the first pic ? Looks cool !
Me ? I assume...

49 Ford Tudor, Business Coupe, Pro-Gas 8.50/A-gas, Drag car,
had a BBC 499cid detuned older PS motor, with a tunnel-ram & Enderle Hat/180a pump
or an old 4 port Hilborn Inj. hat, on the tunnel-ram, in photo below
later had my 526cid (de-stroked) Milodon Mastodon Hemi on methanol
ran in Heritage NHRA, Super Chevy Sunday worlds fastest street car
or Goodguys or SCTA nostalgia events, in the 80's & early 90s
it'd run 7.88 @188+ best, but was way too much gear with the blower, 4.88:1
toped out at 1000ft, but fun
I put 17x33"s (after the 18x31.5 DOT's for the Super Chevy stuff) on it,
it did better but never got a full pass, under power, had shake issues bad
to better the 7.88, but I did do 192+mph with like an 7.90, peddling it

Nice pick up alsant. My best friend in high school had one 273 4 bl 4 speed, was really fun car.

Having only a B body is like only having one kind of shoes.
Sometimes you need work boots and sometimes you need sneakers.
(2 A bodies myself.)
