Hello.
After I changed the bushing in my 727 from 76 the transmission is stuck in Park but I can turn the output shaft.
So I am guessing I messed something up with the park lock rod when reinstalling the extension housing.
Today I am going to remove the extension housing again to see what went wrong. Is there a trick or a special position the transmission should be in when installing the extension housing?
Also: should there be some kind of spring that pushes the parking lock piece back? When i hammered out the old bushing 2 pieces did fall out of the extension housing. The lock piece and the axle where it rotates on. But no spring or something that holds the lock piece back.
Thanks,
Jonas
