After returning from a local show, my tranny let go. I have a 1970 Roadrunner 440+6/4-speed. Looking for a good reputable shop in So. Cal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Ask for Jimmy let him know that Alex with the 69 Road Runner referred you.

Not the least expensive place but they do great work.

What do you mean by "let go"? No gears at all? You're sure it's not clutch related?

By the way, that's a beautiful car!

Drove it pretty hard on the freeway with no issues, ran awesome. Had difficulty getting it to go into reverse when backing it in the garage. Noticed a steady and substantial leak of gear oil when backing and now a good size pool under the car.
