I will be removing the 727 automatic transmission from my coronet in the coming weeks. I accidentally bent the flexplate so I will be replacing that along with the torque converter. It is also leaking so I have ordered the front input shaft seal and o ring, the shift shaft bracket seal, throttle bracket seal, rear shaft seal, and seals for the speedometer. Any tips on the process to get this done? Seems pretty straightforward on removing the transmission. But want to make sure I do it correctly in replacing seals, converter install and overall installation.

There are a couple awesome Torqueflite books out there that cover everything you'd need to know and both are jam packed with pictures of the needed processes. One's authored by Tom Hand and the other was done by Carl Monroe (RIP). Both are very easy to find. HTH, Lefty71
