I'm looking into purchasing a car on the other side of the country, Cali to be exact. I'm in Pa. I have never done this before but, I am guessing it should be an enclosed trailer.? Or is an open one ok? Does anybody have any company they can recommend. Just don't tell me try uship that's a recipe for disaster.

Most shippin companies online ain't shippin companies at all. They're brokers. There's a guy over on The Hamb that's reasonable. His screen name is BenD. He's bringin me a 49 Dodge truck cab in November. He has a good reputation.

Thanks all, so far I have contacted two of the three before I posted. rustyratrod, Ill try to get in touch with him. .Jim at truly vintage can't do it and I called das and am waiting for a call back. Dennis, I couldn't agree with you more, I was more confused after I read all the reviews.
