Hey guys...anyone out there running the 440 source/Howard's "Trick Flow" cam in a 505/512 stroker?

Yes .I think the duration just mbers are .243/[email protected] w/ 108 LS... Are you running auto or stick? And how would you describe driveability and Idle?
I'm using a 727 auto and the idle is very respectable. I can't really speak to drivability as I haven't had a plate on the car before winter, but just moving it apound here on the property, it seemed to be pretty good. It is very responsive I might add. Compression is at 10 to 1. I'm very happy with the build. ruffcut

Are.you running a pretty good stall in your 727? I'm running a Tremec and manual everything so I'm looking for something with a pretty radical lope....I'm just wondering if I might need a little more duration than this cam...esp with the bigger cubic inch (505)
Convertor is 3,000 stall.
Are you using the trickflow-howards lifters?

Thanks for the info....choosing a cam is almost as bad as choosing a color!

I was advised to use the Howard's Max Effort lifters which are supposed to be Gaterman built.
I used the trickflow ones on a buddy's, and kinda wondered about that. We did a copy of their build. Haven't fired it yet.
