NOS or flawless used only please

pics here if you can help

Another unicorn piece ….. I do hope you locate one. Consider one that isn’t flawless and have it refinished. @MarPar did his and it looks great.

Check out Iverson Automotive on EBay. He had one not too long ago. Very nice, wasn’t cheap.

That’s the other one. He has one for 2,700 also.
Likely to have it for a while at that price...

That one year only tail panel is why you almost never see any diecast or model car kits for
the 1968 GTX, by the way.

I have one however (3 actually) courtesy of our friend and protector @kiwigtx. I gave two to the new owner - my friend, and kept one for myself for posterity sake….

$2700 is ridiculous in my opinion. The $500 one looks poorly restored - but getting that one and re-restoring might be the order of the day…. I guess that’s up to the OP

I have a couple cores, and a restored one I bought over 10 years ago (for my car)....... I have not looked at it in a while, I need to see how it's holding up

geeze....... how do they screw up the painted part? it's the pitted chrome that's always the issue........hacks

Do you need one also Ed?

I think I'm down to the last 7 or so.....and they're almost your colour.

Agree - and it even looks like the argent on the main section is not right if you look closely

the whole thing is a disaster.........looks like a 2nd grade art project
The way I would add to that is Lipstick on a Pig … I’d probably need to see before and after pics to see if it could be re-restored. I wonder how bad it was prior to…. You would know that better than me …
