TTI headers 383 vs. 440

Has anyone installed the 383 headers on a 440 motor? is there really a difference? There is not much difference to the block height. Will it effect the headers? I am working on a customers car that he wants to upgrade his 383 to a stroked 440. TTI recommends changing the headers. What do you guys feel?

Quite frankly,
If TTI says "it wont work" then I feel it wont work.
(I own 2 sets of TTIs, I personally like them)

Now: If TTI says, "we reccomend you change"...then I am unsure how to interpret this.

The deck height difference might not seem like much but the engine is taller and wider.you will probably run into problems underneath the car with clearance between the collectors and the floor boards.
