Yes the puller uses those holes , don’t know who sells puller , making one is not difficult just time consuming!

Ok, I made a puller, it came out pretty easy

Kind of a crazy looking contraption, but it worked, the plate I got from Depot, I drilled the holes out and the threaded studs I had to get from a fastener specialty store here in San Diego, Marshall's Industrial Hardware. Depot had the 8/32 screws but I needed longer than the 3" they had.

I also discovered the missing nuts...

and I discovered the two screws with the 2 square nuts holds the cover in place, took me forever to figure that one out. But it's all back together, thanks for the input.
