I have a 66 Satellite with a turn signal switch out of a 67. The cam has been filed away so that the turn signal switch operates but the cancellation tab on the bottom of the cam has broken off. So I must manually turn off my right blinker. I see that there is replacement cams available for the 66 turn signal switch. I need to find out if I can replace the cam on my 67 turn signal switch with the cam for a 66 turn signal switch. Or is the frame of the 67 turn signal switch larger than the frame of a 66 turn signal switch meaning that it still won't work? The 66 turn signal cam can be ordered online for under 20 dollars, but a brand new 66 turn signal switch is over 150 dollars. I would like to just get a 66 turn signal switch if it wasn't so expensive.

I am using a 1967 switch in my 1966. You just have to use a dremmel tool to grind a bit off the plastic.
