What about someone that bought something from you that a for sale thread wasn't started. They just picked up that I had what they needed on a post or reply in a conversation.

As far as I know the software was designed for sale thread/FBBO sales only.

Agree. Seems like 80% of the time no feedback is left.

You can go to the sale thread and click under the sellers name and the url will automatically be loaded.

Ya thats what the directions said, but could not find what it said to look for in the upper R/H corner. So figured the people who "DO" computer stuff, have change the word for the direction of upper right hand corner to ??? Just like they did with "on & off" they now call that "re boot". So I did it my way. Good thing about being an " old school -old fart" we can fix anything.

Yes because you can not complete the thank you portion without it. But I got my Thank you out to Steve anyway. Computers ARE STUPID, as they have no brain, can not think, Etc. only ask for useless info cause someone programed them to do so. If you don't fill in the blanks or put in unacceptable info, computer is programed to "laugh- and say " I got ya".

The URL link also helps monitor and control false feedbacks.

It's supposed to help or solve a problem or, or ,or but in this case it prevented a simple thank you and a positive one at that. Again " OLD FARTS RULE"

If you make a deal with someone via Private Conversation and there wasn't a For Sale thread, you can copy and paste the URL from your Private Conversation into the box when you're leaving them Feedback. No one will see your Private Conversation and they will receive your Feedback.

That requires glue or "paste". and in grade school 4000 years ago I got yelled at for eating the "paste"!

I do not know what KK or PM stands for? Could think of many things. Are we all afraid of WORDS? This is part of the problem. So If I wrote instead ICAT would anyone understand? Maybe most would, BUT I would not. To easy to say THANK YOU instead of TK. And all that read will understand.

Usable defroster vents in a 66 or 67 are almost impossible to find. You got the needle in a haystack.

They are being remade, so if you want new reproductions go to Herb's Parts. o.e. part numbers were: 2607398 & 2607399. Just wanted mine to function. It's a long way from restored. I call it "built".
