Wrinkle paint can be tricky. it's hard to get a finish that has an even wrinkle.

I have found that using a heat gun to force dry it helps a lot rather than letting it air dry.
 
Wow! That stuff's expensive. PJ-1's products are available at most bike shops in the states as well as the mail order companies like JP. I've always used VHT Wrinkle paint with great results for about $9.00 a can. Following the instructions exactly is the key to good results.

As RC said, a heat gun or sitting in the sun for a while helps the process...

My guy has powder-coat that looks original. I've never had any problem with wrinkle paint, though.
