Unbelievable finish

For those of you who have had nothing but disappointment with crappy wrinkle paint here's the answer. This stuff is easy to use and renders the exact finish that was originally put on Mopar air cleaners and some interior console top panels. You can probably source it in the states but I ordered it from here:

Wrinkle paint can be tricky. it's hard to get a finish that has an even wrinkle.

I have found that using a heat gun to force dry it helps a lot rather than letting it air dry.

Wow! That stuff's expensive. PJ-1's products are available at most bike shops in the states as well as the mail order companies like JP. I've always used VHT Wrinkle paint with great results for about $9.00 a can. Following the instructions exactly is the key to good results.

As RC said, a heat gun or sitting in the sun for a while helps the process...

My guy has powder-coat that looks original. I've never had any problem with wrinkle paint, though.
