It's really a pretty cool find to come across a car like that and I would be excited to go see it as Tony was. The reason it's cool is because it give guys like me ( and you) hope that there is still stuff like that out there to be found and seen. I understand the owner said he wasn't interested in selling and either would I. That being said ,to leave a car or anything for that matter in that condition to rot back to the earth is plain sad. Look at it in the video, leaves and crap packed in the trunk gutters ( Have you ever had the joy of replacing those?) and laying all over the car. That guy doesn't give a **** about that car. It's really not about having to have a perfectly restored car, it's more about the car ever being able to be enjoyed by anyone ever again in any form or condition. Finding something that has been saved from the ravages of time and can be used again is the real "find". Finding something that rotted into the ground ,wasted due to lack of understanding ,caring doesn't sound like the actions of a "car guy" to me. To each his own. I don't see "pride in ownership" being displayed with that guy. P.S. Universal truths= A man wearing work boots and riding a ten speed bike in guaranteed to have at least 1 d.u.i. A man wearing dirty *** loafers instead of work boots is most likely a **** rat guaranteed.
