Sitting around isn't a problem but the way he has that one sitting around sure is. Why would anyone who understands the valve ,either monetary or sentimental leave any possession in that condition . These "car guys" are really the anti-car guys of our hobby. They will never repair nor sell these projects. At the end of my street sits a 1970 Chevelle that i have watched rot into the ground over the last 25 years. Talked to the owner once and he told me that he leaves it in his driveway uncovered because he "Gets a kick out of young guys stopping by asking if it's for sale". The car is now so bad the driveway is rust stained all around the car. You would think the guy feels like an *** for doing this but no, their it sits to this day, ruined. ( I mean it's just a Chevelle so who gives a **** but still) This guy in the video will have the same end results.Sad
VERY TRUE...
"Uncle Tony" and his buddy "shoes" exhibit the exact same attitude as you noted. Why not sell the car and parts and but the money in the stock market (now is a great time to buy selectively) rather than watch it turn to nothing.....but perhaph they just don't understand....???
