Universal Harness or Car Specific Harness?

That's great to hear, where do you go for your wire because the auto parts store wire that I've seen is far inferior to what came in my American Autowire kit. Also I only paid $180 which included terminals and the fuse box..... hard to beat that?

I don't know of many towns or cities that don't have a good electrical supply store. If you don't know where yours is, ask an electrician. It usually looks like a former house with crappy signage on it.... one of those places you would never go into if you didn't know what it was.

I paid $82.72 with tax for everything I needed.

Unfortunately most have either household or industrial wiring. You really want to avoid glossy insulated wire and want smaller diameter wire (more strands). Thicker wire like most carry don't hold up to the continuous vibration.
