I bought the 62 polara 500 convertible, and with some help found out the 413 is not the original engine, but a numbers matching 361 was in the shed along with other miscellaneous parts. In a box, a brand new cam shaft, hughes engines, part number heh 3228 AL 108° LSA, my question, can't find it online, what's it for? The guy fixed up old chrysler 300s, old 64 65 66 barracuda, and this polara 500.
What's the camshaft for? Thanks.
Curt

1962 does not have numbers matching, just date code "correct".
Let us know how it ends up.

could be 228-232 duration with 524-540 lift for a small block. heh is hyd and al is small block

Pretty sure the letter " e" designates engle. look for a small yellow cam card. Or take a picture of the end of the rear cam journal.
