Unknown Fender tag codes..

Trying to decode my fender tag. Ive got most of them done but there are a few unknowns and I wanted to see if anyone else knew what they might be. There are two fender tags. One has the codes listed below and the second just says "SPECIAL ORDER". If anyone can help me with the ones that I bolded.

/6 four door cop car built at the Lynch Road plant. The sequence number seems to indicate a SPD of August 1, 1974, not 1973 as usual. Is there a door sticker that can confirm the build date or we may want to recheck the sequence and SPD codes.

So the 801 SPD would be August 1 of 1974
