Has anyone repaired one of these? How did you do it?

Never fixed one, but hobby stores have a display of small brass tubing in many different sizes. There must be dozens of sizes. They are handy as they all fit snugly into the next bigger size. I used them to build a jig to put a longer, wider differential in in a car with independent suspension. Found centers of original Diff and slid the smaller tubes back to get the same centers for the bigger Diff. going in.

I would drill the holes and epoxy tubes into the holes. Maybe replace all of them, a little longer than oem, then wrap tape around the base to make a mold and pour in epoxy to add support.

Yeah, easy fix. Super glue even. Just drill it slow and easy. I would twist the drill bit by hand. That plastic is brittle so best be careful! Let me guess, HVAC switch for 64 plymouth. LOL.

I agree with everything said above. Just make sure you get epoxy designed to stick to plastic....most epoxy won't stick.

Permatex Plastic Mender or JB Weld Plastic Bonder. Both work well with quick cure.

I used JB Weld. After it cured, I ensured the tubes were not plugged with a small drill bit. I just twisted it by hand as HangnOut suggested.

Crazy Glue and 1/8" plastic oil pressure gauge tubing.
The rubber block for the hoses, still fully pushes on.
