The seat pressure is 112 and open is 355 and spring rate is 347lbs/inch. That's is what the box is saying for my 924 springs.

301# roughly, at .545" lift. Your results may vary depending on installed height, spring variations and rocker ratio accuracy.

What Big said - I get 304# depending. I'd still pull the inners.

I've just decided to run the dual springs and will break in the cam with the outer spring only. Then install the inner spring. That's gonna be fun in an A body.

Yeah, I will. I bought a valve spring tool that will allow me to change the springs rather easily.
