Vanity plates

I don't know why the CA DMV turned me down for this...

An older gentlemen had a plate in Ct. first name was Frank so his plate used FK for first two letters. Then the next two letters were his middle and last names first initial so the plate read
FKME. Bet no one could get that plate now.

My A12 (Lift-off hood) plate...

And my Challenger T/A plate. I'm sure every Pontiac Trans Am owner in CT is pissed off at me...

This was the plate I had on my superb looking '68 Super Bee - a play on words many people at car shows never got...

:rofl::rofl: I don't see the problem at all.

This thread has been done before, but it is still a lot of fun and a great thread to see updated periodically.

I'll play too....a couple of butt shots....

I know that @Dennis H does NOT like his plate being broadcast all over the internet.

I had a 69 RR way back in 80's -BLU BY U-

I had a 84 Toyota 4x4 Pick-up in Alaska
that had -BU TOY PU-

I tried to get -479 6BBL- for my last 68 RR
the CA.DMV said it wasn't available

I quit trying to get personalized plates over 10 years ago now

I wish I kept my old Black & Yellow Ca. Plates
crazy how much they want just to get the old style plates

A little obvious but it works for me until I find something better...at least I can just point to the plate as most people don't seen to know what it is.

How much are the Calif. black plates bringing? I have a pair from 1964..........................MO

Cal DMV said no to CIA LSD

Lame excuse was "can't make reference to a law enforcement agency".....cia is not a law enforcement agency & Constitutionally not supposed to operate domestically even though it does. History well documents the cia being deep in bed with acid, so in truth I was denied referring to history.
super-bee_ski saw some humor in this so He had some dummies made up for me. One black n yellow, 2 blue n yellows. The blackie is CIA LSD, one bluie the same, the other bluie is CIA ACID.
Thanks again Ski!

To much, last time I looked at the Spring Fling they were asking $300-400 or more (condition) for a matching set

My cars not stock so I said **** it and went with the new Legacy plates.

Depends on who is looking to buy, condition, and if plates are clean with no lien. First letter indicates beginning or end of run with Y or Z being the last and ok for a 69.

I couldn't tell you, on old used/org. plates
your guess is as good as mine

the new ones thru the CA-DMV, "CA Legacy Plates"
are an extra $50 non refundable, just to research it
if they don't have it or it's taken etc., oh well, such is DMV
among probable other fees :BangHead:
on-top of what ever the extortion for the registration is already

DMV won't accept any type of illicit wording, cursing/vulgarity
or drugs promotions/use crap etc.
for obvious reasoning
