can anyone tell me how to put the fuzzies in the wing window where the window rolls up and down in?I got the old stuff out can't figure out if it comes apart or if you glue the new stuff in.driving me crazy:sad2:

They are held in with clips on some cars or steel staples that are installed and folded over. You might have to punch holes in the new ones and install the U shaped stapes thru and squeeze close them with needle nose pliers.

Not sure if we are talking about the same thing snake oil,it is where the window go's inside the part of the vent window frame.not the door,I think it helps keep the window from moving in and out.Hope I'm explaining this right might have to post some pics

They are glued in.

5.7hemi is correct, they glue in. I bought stock from Joe Suchy and cut to width and length and used "Goop" for cement. I found a screen replacement roller tool to work well and some plywood strips to ensure it stays put.

thanks guys for the help,I have a roller tool I can use.great idea! what do use the wood strips for? thanks again everybody, much appreciated.

I used the wood strips to ensure the fuzzy material would allow room for the glass as the glue dried. Insurance!
